Turanjo.com — The unit of GITA ENTERPRISES
Turanjo is a quick-commerce grocery service built for smaller towns. Instead of shipping from a warehouse in another city, every order is packed at a dark store in your own neighbourhood and brought to your door by a local rider on a two-wheeler.
How an order reaches you
You order
Pick your location and shop the store that delivers to you, on the Turanjo app or website. Prices and stock are that store’s own, so what you see is what is on its shelves.
We pick and pack
Every shelf in a Turanjo store has an address. The picker is sent straight to the rack each item sits on, so your order is packed in minutes rather than searched for.
A rider brings it
A rider from the same neighbourhood carries it to your door. You can follow the order live and call your delivery partner from the order page.
What you can count on
Pay the way you like
Pay online, from your Turanjo Wallet, or in cash when the order arrives.
Refunds without chasing
If a prepaid order is cancelled, wallet payments are credited back straight away and online payments return to your original method within 5–7 business days.
A proper tax invoice
A GST invoice is issued once your order is delivered, and you can download it from your order history at any time.

Towns we currently serve: Chhapra, Saharsa. New neighbourhoods open as new stores do, and a new store can be run by a local partner. Open a Turanjo store in your area.
