Turanjo provides a platform for browsing and ordering groceries for delivery within our serviceable delivery zones. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Orders and Delivery
Product availability, pricing, and delivery times are specific to the store assigned to your delivery location and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders accurately and on time, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and handling fees, where applicable, are shown before checkout is completed.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Accounts are verified via one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any fraudulent purpose.

Turanjo is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
